Kids’ Church

When is Kids’ Church on?

Every fortnight during the morning service. The children participate in the morning service until about 10am when they go upstairs with the leaders and rejoin the service when they are finished.

What happens in Kids’ Church?

The children engage with God’s Word and learn about God through singing songs, listening to stories from the Bible and participating in age appropriate activities and crafts. Lessons are reinforced when the children share what they have learnt with the church family.

Who can join in with Kids’ Church?

Primary school aged children.

Who takes the children for Kids’ Church?

Our Kids’ Church leaders who have been trained in Church Safety and who abide by our Code of Conduct and agree with our Safe Spaces Statement of Commitment.

Prayer

Bringing up children is a lot of work and we know at GBC that bringing our friends and loved ones before the Lord in prayer is part of our mission to reach out and share the love of the Gospel in our community. If you need prayer, or would like some support send us a message and we will pass it on to our Pastoral Care Team who will pray for you and contact you if you’d like that.
